Position Title: Superintendent
Direct Report: General Field Superintendent

Compensation
Base Salary: $95K+ (Based on Experience)
Benefits: Single medical plan covered at 100%, Pension Fund, Profit Sharing. Vehicle Stipend

Overview:
The Construction Superintendent coordinates site construction activities and supervises field
personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining
quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities and personnel
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans and specifications
• Maintain the construction schedule and resolve any issues
• Order materials and schedule inspections as needed
• Foster relationships with customers, contractors, and team members
• Conduct regular job site inspections for safety and compliance
• Manage change orders and ensure they are reflected in as-built plans
• Prepare and supervise completion of the final punch list
• Maintain daily job logs and track job costs
• Promote job site safety and immediately address hazards
• Coach and mentor employees and maintain an organized job site
• Follow all company policies and make recommendations for improvements

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – Requires regular communication
with internal and external stakeholders
• 5 years of progressive construction experience across multiple specialties
• Current OSHA certifications required
• Flexible schedule with willingness for emergency or off-standard hours
• Valid NYS driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
• Proficient in English for communication and documentation purposes
