How it Works:
1. We create detailed profiles of Available Talent and feature them on our platform
2. Browse our talent pool, select candidates, and request introductions using the form in their profile.
3. We’ll contact you to discuss opportunities and review with the candidates to ensure mutual interest.
4. We facilitate introductions between you and the selected candidate(s)
5. If you choose to hire from our Available Talent Program, the total fee will be 5% of the candidate's salary
