Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for precision CNC machining.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for fixture and process design.

  • Strong understanding of machining principles, manufacturing processes, and process optimization.

  • Experience with estimating, quoting, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-facing experience a plus.

  • Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100 quality systems.

  • Strong math skills, practical problem-solving ability, and technical acumen.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.

  • Ability to think like an owner—proactive, innovative, and invested in business success.

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute across multiple functions.

  • Commitment to excellence in safety, organization, and workmanship.
